Website and transaction security
EaziHyre separates public quotation functions from staff and customer account functions and uses access controls appropriate to the service. Security measures are reviewed as the platform changes. No internet service can guarantee that every risk will be eliminated.
Online payments
Online customer card payments are sent to the configured secure card checkout. EaziHyre records transaction references and status needed for the booking but does not claim to process or store full card credentials on this website. Cash, card and EFT may be handled through authorised staff booking channels; EFT proof does not by itself confirm cleared payment.
Customer information
Customer records, uploaded identity or licence documents and payment evidence are intended for authorised operational use. EaziHyre limits access according to user role and business purpose and preserves audit information where appropriate.
Customer account security
Customers and staff must keep passwords, sign-in links and devices secure, use unique passwords, sign out on shared devices, and notify EaziHyre promptly of suspected unauthorised access. EaziHyre will never ask a customer to disclose a card PIN, one-time password or full account password through WhatsApp or email.
Fraud prevention and verification
EaziHyre may verify identity, driving authority, payment status, booking details and supporting documents. A booking or handover may be paused where information is incomplete, inconsistent or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent. Verification decisions are made for legitimate operational and security purposes.
Report a security incident
Report a suspicious message, account issue, lost document link, unauthorised booking or suspected information compromise immediately. Include the booking reference and a description, but do not send passwords, card PINs or one-time passwords.
